Unopened goods can be returned within 7 days; report damaged or wrong goods with a photo.
When you can return
- Unopened, intact goods within 7 days
- Broken, spoiled, expired or wrong goods — tell us right after delivery
How to report
- Open My orders
- Press "Complain" on the order page, describe it and add a photo
- The office checks and calls you — the goods are replaced or the money refunded
