1. What this service is

DePo BD Ration & Varieties Store (Shop 22, Balughat Bazar, Dhaka Cantonment) buys ration and supplies groceries. This app records those transactions.

2. Who can use it

Members with a valid ration entitlement, verified and approved by the admin. No transaction is possible before approval.

3. Rates and quantity

  • Today's buy rate is published each day. **The rate on the day you

    • submit is the rate that applies** — later changes do not affect it.

  • Quota is calculated from the force's entitlement scale.
  • Actual weight is used at collection. Any difference from the

    • declared weight is shown to you, and the invoice follows the actual.

    4. Payment

  • The invoice is raised once goods are received; that is when we owe you.
  • If we cannot pay immediately we tell you a date, and whether we kept

    • it is recorded.

  • You will be asked to confirm receipt in the app.

    • 5. Advances

    Advances are optional and adjusted against the next ration. Limits and terms are set by the admin.

    6. Cancellation

    After submitting you cannot cancel on your own — send a cancel request from the deal page; it is cancelled once the office approves. After collection, contact the shop.

    7. What we will not do

  • Never show your service number, unit or rank publicly.
  • Never share your data with third parties without your permission

    • (except Google's AI reading your papers — see the privacy policy).

  • Never show your money amounts on the leaderboard.

    • 8. Closing your account

    You may request deletion from your profile at any time. Financial records are retained where law requires; personal details are removed.

    9. Changes

    If these terms change we publish a new version and tell you in the app.
