What we store
Name and mobile (contact and login) · service/BD number, force, unit, rank (quota and verification) · family size (quota calculation) · transaction records · document photos (ration chit, authorisation and voucher).
⚠️ Sensitive data
Our users are service members, so service number, unit and rank are handled with extra care: documents live in private storage and never open from a direct link; every view is written to the audit log; service numbers never appear in URLs or logs; exported files carry a watermark naming who exported them.
🤖 AI reads your papers
To read the name, BD/service number, month, family size and quantities from ration chit, authorisation and voucher photos we use Google's AI (Gemini). The photo is sent to Google's servers for this — those servers are outside Bangladesh.
Who can see it
Only approved shop staff, and only as much as their role needs.
Retention
Financial records as law requires · document photos removed two years after expiry · location pings for 30 days.
Your rights
Download all your data · request corrections · request deletion.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or give it to advertisers, and apart from the paper reading above we do not send it abroad.
