  2. Fill in your own details at the top — name, BD number, rank, unit, month and strength (much of it is already printed on your PDF).
  3. Check our pick-up man's Svc No, Rank and Name in the Authorization Chit — already printed on your PDF.
  4. Sign it yourself.
  5. Get the officer's seal and signature in the space under COUNTER SIGNED.
  6. Take a photo and upload it in the app.
